Your Responsibilities:

In this role, you are responsible for the implementation of digitization strategies in the development field as an expert and consultant.

• Contribute your expertise to the existing team in defining customer requirements and taking on technical responsibility within the team
• Identify new areas of activity and show customers possible solutions
• Work on the identification of improvement opportunities, taking into account technical possibilities and innovations.
• Question customer requirements and design together with your team the appropriate solutions based on the market leading PLM platforms Teamcenter (Siemens PLM), 3DExperience (3DS) or Windchill (PTC)
• As a consultant, support the customer and the team with process analysis and documentation as well as your methodological expertise, among other things
• Help the support team in the context of error analyses in 3rd level support

Your Profile:

• You have a relevant university degree or a comparable qualification
• Process, methodological and consulting expertise in digital engineering and PLM implementation
• Practical experience in the PLM environment, preferably in the solutions of the main providers Siemens PLM, Dassault Systèmes and PTC
• Analytical, conceptual and solution-oriented approach
• High motivation, ability to work in transnational project management structures and enjoy working with a multicultural team
• Agile knowledge of SCRUM, Kanban, SAFe is an advantage
• Strong communication skills and willingness to travel
