The role
We are looking for Commercial Manager to set, lead, and execute commercial strategies, budget responsibility, and business operations in the Finnish market.
Your role in Finland is independent but located in the Aspen Nordic team where you find your nearest colleagues. You will work home-based, but the job requires occasional traveling in the Nordis, most often to Copenhagen. You will report to Head of Commercial, Nordics.
You will for example;
- Develop strategies for pricing and market access to support existing business and launch of new SKU/brands in Finland
- Implement and lead local OTC strategies and leveraging marketing experience into OTC brand performance
- Support local tender management and pricing
- Lead analysis with the team for globally and locally driven pricing initiatives
- Execute on market access strategies locally through customer interactions with key stakeholders
- Collaborate with national and local payers to ensure timely and fair feedback on market access strategies and apply data in decision making
- Lead commercial activities locally and engage with decision makers
Who you are
To thrive in this position, you have several years of experience in a similar role in Commercial in the pharmaceutical industry. It is essential to have an understanding of healthcare delivery, reimbursement and payment systems in the Finnish and Nordic markets and direct experience of working with pricing and reimbursement in Finland.

- Honest and trustworthy
- Possess cultural awareness and sensitivity
- Very good Finnish and English language skills (fluency in Swedish is an advantage)
